Hiya, I'm Hels and I am passionate about creating unique, sustainable fashion pieces. I love transforming discarded or unwanted fabrics into beautiful, one-of-a-kind garments and accessories, and better yet, saving them from landfill. What I love most about repurposing second-hand textiles is a Saturday afternoon spent visiting the local charity shops and picking up lots of unique, one-off fabrics (the crazier the better!) and then turning them into standout dungarees, wrap tops and accessories.
Each of my items are carefully handcrafted in the heart of the New Forest, embodying my love for the environment and ethical fashion.
What began as a hobby during lockdown in 2020 after having the time to rejuvenate my interest of sewing and textiles from school, and making my first pair of dungarees (which are still my favourite pair now), I found a love for creating sustainable clothing.
Outside my day job as a fundraiser for my local hospital, you'll either find me at home I my sewing room and knee deep in fabric or out on the rugby pitch playing with my local women's team.
