As these garments are 'Made to Order' to your specifications and size requirements, items will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks from the order being placed.

All 'Off the Rail' garments will be dispatched royal mail second class in 3-5 days of the order being placed.

You are able to return your 'Off the Rail' garments if they do not fit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. A return address will be supplied and a refund will be issued once the garment has been returned. Please note, all garments are made from either second hand textiles or from deadstock fabrics, this means there may be some minor defects on the garments.

As the garment has been made specifically to your size and specification, unfortunately it cannot be returned. However, if the garment is faulty or there are any issues with the order, please contact me to discuss. Email lubilette@outlook.com.
