Made to order items will be dispatched in 3-4 weeks due to production times, sent via Royal Mail second class.

'Off the rail' items will be dispatched in 3-5 working days, sent via Royal Mail, second class.

Return & Exchange Policy

You are able to return your 'Off the Rail' garments if they do not fit or they are faulty.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, by emailing lubilette@outlook.com.

Made to Order items unfortunately cannot be returned as the garment has been made specifically to your size and specification. However, if the garment is faulty or there are any issues with the order, please contact me to discuss. Email lubilette@outlook.com.
